The architecture balances order and warmth: rectilinear volumes, expansive glazing, and horizontal emphasis are softened by the use of bamboo detailing, which adds organic rhythm and a sustainable touch to the facades. The result is a crisp modern profile anchored in tropical character.

Each villa embraces an open-plan ground floor layout, merging kitchen, dining, and lounge into one seamless, light-filled space. Large sliding doors open directly onto a private terrace and pool, extending indoor living into the lush surroundings.

Interior finishes are minimal and material-driven: pale plaster walls, warm woods, and linen textures. A deep green sofa anchors the living space, offering a strong visual contrast to the overall neutral palette.
