Villa Olivia is a minimalist residence in Portugal that celebrates architectural clarity and material sophistication. The building is composed of clean white volumes, finished in smooth architectural concrete, and anchored by expansive panoramic glass walls that erase the boundary between inside and out.

Natural stone cladding enhances the monolithic presence of the structure, while a green roof integrates the villa seamlessly into its surrounding landscape.

Inside, the design follows a restrained material palette: white textured walls, warm natural oak floors, and minimal decorative elements. The entire interior feels curated, balanced, and calm — a space that honors light, silence, and tactile richness.

At the heart of the home is a sculptural spiral staircase, executed in pure white. Floating between the floors, it is both a functional link and a central architectural gesture — a light, weightless curve that animates the minimalist setting with movement and grace.
